NutriBoss is a healthy meal delivery service operated by Marusia (Instagram @marusia_nutriboss), Phuket, Thailand. By placing an order through the website or via Telegram (@Nutri_Boss), you accept the terms of this public offer.
Orders are placed through the online order flow on the website or by sending order details to Telegram @Nutri_Boss. An order is considered accepted once our nutritionist confirms it with you via Telegram. Delivery is available across Phuket.
Meals are delivered daily in the evening, typically from 19:00 to 22:00 depending on your location. Delivery across Phuket is free. Sunday is a cheat-meal day; the Monday plan is delivered on Sunday evening. You must provide an accurate delivery address and a contact phone number for the courier.
Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) on the website and include delivery unless stated otherwise. Payment terms (amount, method, and timing) are confirmed by our nutritionist via Telegram before or upon delivery. Trial day is a one-day plan priced at the daily rate.
You may cancel an order free of charge if you notify us via Telegram at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be charged for the prepared meals.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If meals are not delivered as agreed or there is a quality issue, contact us via Telegram @Nutri_Boss within 24 hours of delivery. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method or as a credit toward future orders.
Processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By placing an order you consent to the processing of your data as described there.
NutriBoss is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, force majeure). Meal plans are general recommendations and do not replace professional medical advice. If you have medical conditions, consult a doctor before starting any meal plan.
